This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Manage all mechanical and electrical construction activities for Mission Critical facilities and related projects. Oversee Mechanical and Electrical Trade contractors and vendors throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation for mechanical and electrical systems from pre-construction through close-out. Develop project scopes and schedules, coordinate change orders and RFIs, and manage project budgets and cost control. Monitor installation and start-up of MEP systems and commissioning of the project with the Engineer and Owner. Lead the HCC MEP Team and Trade Partners from groundbreaking through commissioning and turnover to the Owner. Maintain strong professional relationships with owners’ representatives, architects, engineers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Qualifications Required: 5–10 years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems.
