Previous experience in MEP estimating within the construction or real estate sector, understanding of MEP systems, construction costs and estimating methodologies, Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation, analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software/tools, communication and organisational skills, Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English
