Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering Management, Minimum of 3 years of onsite construction experience specifically in Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing systems, Proven experience working on high-end residential or hospitality projects, In-depth understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations, Proficiency in designed softwares(AutoCAD, Revit), Proficiency in English is required for communication with our international-based management team and some site teams, detail-oriented, self-organized, punctual, excellent presentation skills
Nice to Have
Experience working in hot tropical climates or the Caribbean, Experience with international hotel chains (e. g. , W, Four Seasons, AMAN) and their specific corporate design guidelines
What You'll Do.
Provide technical support and guidance to in-house design and QS teams

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **On-site MEP Engineer** to support the ongoing construction of a luxury project in Ceará, Brazil. This is a **fully onsite role** requiring relocation to a local village within the Ceará region. You will report directly to the MEP Design Manager, and work within a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with architects, interior designers, structural engineers, procurement teams, and client representatives to ensure the highest standards of project delivery. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
