Full Job Description
**TERNA S.A.,** a **GEK TERNA Group **company**,** is looking for a: **MEP Engineer** **Responsibilities** * Supervises and coordinates procedures for the Building Projects under construction related to MEP discipline. * Monitors work progress, adherence to daily schedule and project schedule. * Oversees proper execution of work by subcontractors in accordance with construction specifications, project records and work schedule. * Collaborates with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects. * Manages and supervises procurement or purchase of technical goods and services on construction projects. * Participates in the preparation and monitoring of contracts, drafting of Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimate. * Manages and coordinates the preparation of testing and commissioning programs. * Conducts regular audits to ensure compliance with project requirements, Health & Safety standards and applicable codes. * Prepares reports on a weekly / monthly basis and informs the Project Manager about the work progress. **Requirements** * Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering TEI / AEI * 5 years’ experience as a construction engineer or/and in a technical project office * Experience in supervision and coordination of construction site works of Building projects - relevant experience in construction of office building, hotel complex and building renovation desired * Excellent command of spoken and written English (C2) * Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, MS Project scheduling and AutoCAD design **Competencies** * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams * Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
