This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Oversee mechanical and electrical construction for Mission Critical facilities and related projects. Supervise all Mechanical and Electrical Trade contractors and vendors involved in the project. Coordinate schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation for mechanical and electrical systems from pre-construction through project close-out. Qualifications Required: 5+ years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems. Extensive experience managing the construction of data centers and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects. Experience developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, and managing project budgets and cost control. Strong ability to manage relationships with owners’ representatives, architects, engineers, and clients, while supervising subcontractors and vendors.
