Summary The Mental Health Worker is a member of a multidisciplinary team. The Mental Health Worker serves as co-team leader and is responsible for providing team and individually delivered therapy and case management to children and their families in the home and/or community. This position is required to work hours that coincide with client schedules, including day, evening, and/or weekend hours. Pay $20.00/hour We are seeking Mental Health Workers for our Family Based Programs. We promote teamwork, offer supervision towards licensure, provide training through the Philadelphia Child and Family Therapy Training Center toward the Eco-systemic Structural Family Therapy Model certification, and a stay bonus of $1,000 applied through the first 12 months of employment**.** **Bonus:** Eligible for $1000 stay bonus received in 3 increments: * **Required Education:** * Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Nursing, Rehabilitation, Theology, Anthropology, or any bachelor’s degree in Human Services. **Work Experience:** * Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a CASSP (Children & Adolescent Social Service Program) System Program. **Required Licenses/Certification:** * Valid State Driver's License **Essential Physical and Sensory Requirements-With or without the aid of mechanical devices** **Light:** * Regularly required to lift 10 lbs. * Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 lbs. * Must be able to pull minimum of 10 lbs. * Must be able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop. * Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. * Required to regularl
