The Basics Location: Arizona (Phoenix area) This is a remote position - must live in Phoenix or surrounding areas Schedule: PRN (as needed) Salary: $38 to $42 per hour based on experience and licensure The Job You’ll Do Part of an innovative and award-winning team, your day-to-day team will see you: Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care. Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e. g. Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e. g. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy). Leverage real time data to drive positive patient outcomes, immediately understanding your impact on the patients you serve. Positively contribute to an ever-expanding clinical team all committed to a new, innovative way to serve patients. The Right Fit Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.) along with an active license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, AMFT, or LMFT)
