Bonus subject to applicable terms and conditions._ We are seeking a dedicated **Mental Health Therapist** to join our behavioral health team. This opportunity is open to both **licensed clinicians and associate-level therapists** working toward independent licensure. Providers must meet the Washington State definition of a Mental Health Professional. ## **Licensed Mental Health Professional** _Responsibilities:_ * Conduct psychiatric/psychosocial assessments, including mental status exams * Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans * Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy * Deliver evidence-based and supportive interventions (CBT, skills training, etc.) * Monitor patient outcomes and evaluate treatment effectiveness * Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation * Collaborate with clinical team and referral sources _Requirements:_ * Active WA license (**LMHC, LMFT, LICSW**) * Master’s degree in behavioral health field ## Associate Mental Health Professional _Responsibilities:_ * Provide person-centered counseling, advocacy, and case management * Develop treatment plans with measurable outcomes * Deliver individual and/or group therapy under supe
