Advanced degree, 2+ years clinical experience, Licensed with Utah DOPL, DOPL license unrestricted, Pass criminal background checks, Eligible to work in USA, Pass motor vehicle checks, Current Utah driver's license

1st Aid & CPR certified, Crisis intervention certified
What You'll Do.
Create treatment plans
Identify underlying issues
Address maladaptive behaviors
Make recommendations for care
Provide individual therapy
Provide family therapy
Facilitate group therapy
Document all services
Evaluate patients' state
Create psycho-social history
Create master treatment plan
Manage continuum of care
Attend treatment team meetings
Participate in marketing activities
Develop relationships with referrers
