What You'll Do.
Serve as first point of contact
Conduct patient intake calls
Process and review intake forms
Replace AI-based intake experience
Assist patients with onboarding
Answer initial questions regarding services
Coordinate patient appointments
Manage complex scheduling requests
Cross-reference therapist availability
Match patients with therapists
Ensure scheduling accuracy
Maintain organized records
Verify patient insurance coverage
Process patient information accurately
Maintain confidentiality
Ensure required documentation is completed
Support administrative workflows
Manage incoming and outgoing calls
Conduct client outreach calls
Conduct follow-up communications
Send emails to clients
Communicate with prospective clients
Communicate with existing clients
Coordinate with therapists
Coordinate with internal team members
