Master's degree in mental health, Experience facilitating groups, Experience working with youth, Experience working with young adults, Available late afternoons and evenings, Available Saturdays, Reliable WIFI connection
Nice to Have
DBT certification is a plus, CBT certification is a plus, EMDR certification is a plus, MI certification is a plus
What You'll Do.
Complete onboarding requirements
Meet with Group Quality Supervisor
Respond to email and Slack
Arrive early to group time
Follow Charlie Health best practices
Use Charlie Health curriculum
Facilitate groups across age groups
Foster client engagement
Foster group cohesion
Encourage client participation
Foster camera-on culture
Follow operational policies
Participate in Treatment Team
Participate in Group Supervision
Work respectfully across care team
Communicate clearly with clients
Communicate professionally with staff
Communicate promptly with families
Communicate with agencies
Communicate with referents
Monitor treatment documentation
Complete notes within 24 hours
Maintain professional ethics
Model professional ethics
Maintain appropriate boundaries
Maintain confidentiality
Perform other duties as assigned
