What You'll Do.
Complete onboarding requirements
Respond to communication promptly
Arrive early to group time
Facilitate groups for entirety
Facilitate groups using curriculum
Facilitate groups across age groups
Foster client engagement
Foster group cohesion
Encourage client participation
Foster camera-on culture
Follow operational policies
Participate in Treatment Team
Participate in Group Supervision
Work respectfully across care team
Communicate clearly with clients
Communicate professionally with staff
Communicate promptly with families
Monitor treatment documentation
Ensure notes completed within 24 hours
Maintain professional ethics
Model appropriate boundaries
Model confidentiality
