Must Have

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or other relevant behavioral health field, Two years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience, Currently licensed or license eligible in the State of Illinois, Fluency in Spanish required, Mature and personal Christian faith, Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief, Desire to serve and empower the Church, Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Reliefs Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity and National Association of Evangelicals' For the Health of The Nation document, Valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

Nice to Have

Experience applying trauma-informed care principles, Leveraging client strengths, resilience, and protective factors throughout the treatment process, Ability to learn to adapt therapeutic approach to cultural context, Experience or interest in being trained in trauma-informed principles, Building on the strengths and resilience of clients during treatment, Moderate computer literacy & typing familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint a plus

POSITION SUMMARY:   This is a limited-term position funded through a grant agreement until 6/30/27 and contingent upon funding extension. ## ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct client intake interviews and comprehensive assessments to identify needs and inform treatment planning.
