Must Have
troubleshooting skills in electrical, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and communicate effectively, 2–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or instrumentation, Background in electronics or instrumentation
Nice to Have
Red Seal certification in plumbing or electrical trades, Diploma or degree in electronics or instrumentation, Familiarity with RF systems and clean room environments
What You'll Do.
Maintain and troubleshoot specialized equipment used in MEMS manufacturing
Track equipment performance and keep documentation up to date
Perform and improve preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
Source and manage spare parts inventory
Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to resolve process issues
Train and mentor team members on maintenance tasks
Work independently on projects and provide emergency support when needed
Communicate with vendors for repairs and technical support
