Must Have

BS or MS degree in engineering, physics, or mathematics, Experience using CAD tools for MEMS, IC, or PCB layout, Experience with Cadence tools for circuit simulation tools, Experience developing design rules and verification checks, Able to document procedures and methodologies for traceability, Excellent oral and written communication and people skills

Nice to Have

experience with MEMS design, characterization, modeling/simulation, layout, MEMS processing, acoustics, Cadence Virtuoso Layout, ADE-L/XL, Maestro, Spectre, Virtuoso schematic, Cadence DRC experience, Working knowledge of FEA simulation tools, COMSOL, ANSYS, Knowledge of semiconductor lithography, fabrication tools and processes, MEMS experience, self-motivation, attention to detail, desire to contribute to leading edge technology

Layout and verification of MEMS designs

Build and maintain Cadence database

Collaborate with foundry

Develop and improve design rules

Support MEMS designers

Provide communication updates

Offer creative insights

Develop new design concepts

Design of experiments

Written and oral presentations
