Conduct electrical characterization of semiconductor/MEMS devices.

Support inline metrology for process control.

Conduct failure analysis and root-cause investigations.

Analyze complex data sets using analytical tools and statistical software.

Prepare concise reports that interpret results clearly and propose corrective or optimization actions.

Support data-driven decision-making for product development and process optimization.

Evaluate device response to process changes and support process integration.

Define characterization requirements and qualification tests for NPI.

Participate in root-cause investigations affecting yield

or device performance.

Serve as tool owner for designated metrology or characterization equipment.

Develop and optimize standard operating procedures

and tool calibration requirements.

Support evaluation and implementation of new metrology equipment.

Uphold cleanroom best practices and comply with ISO
