Must Have

Must have an entrepreneurial spirit, Confidence to perform on an incentive-based salary, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly disposition, Personal passion for health and fitness, Enjoy working within a team, time management skills and practices, Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends, MUST be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, MUST be able to work the last 4 days of each month

What You'll Do.

Selling club memberships and ancillary business packages

Prospecting new business and clients

Hosting events and workshops for in-club lead generation

Achieving or exceeding individual sales goals

renewals and ancillary service goals

Conducting pre-planning activities each month including strategic outreach

for securing member referrals

Building rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members

Having knowledge of and participating in all the club's services

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work under the management of a General Manager; Work with the support of a Regional Sales Manager; Work with your sales team; Enjoy working within a team

Communication Scope

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
