What You'll Do.
Achieving or exceeding individual sales goals
renewals and ancillary service goals
Pre-planning the month with strategic outreach
In-club lead generation
Securing member referrals
having knowledge of and participating in all the club's services
Keeping current in knowledge of key competitors by staying abreast of trends and “shopping” competitors to compare facilities and sales trends
Building rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members
Selling club memberships
Prospecting new business and clients
Hosting events and workshops for in-club lead generation
Conducting pre-planning activities each month including strategic outreach
for securing member referrals
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Under the management of a General Manager; Support of a Regional Manager; Sales team of 3-4 individuals; Support of a Regional Sales Manager; Working within a team
Communication Scope
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
