What They're Looking For.
Must Have
You are currently enrolled at a university within the EU, You are studying Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field, You bring a positive, hands-on attitude and enjoy meeting new people, You are organized and comfortable juggling different tasks throughout the day, You enjoy both teamwork and taking initiative when needed, You are fluent in Italian and English, You are available for a full-time internship of 39 hours per week for 6 months
Nice to Have
you’ve used coworking or booking platforms before, Extra languages are always a plus
What You'll Do.
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the coworking spaces and rooftop
managing rooftop operations by assisting guests
ensuring the area is clean
and delivering a warm and professional welcome to all visitors
Keeping an eye on the space — flagging maintenance issues
and making sure everything looks and feels great
Assisting with member queries related to facilities and access
Working with the team to improve operational processes as we grow
