Manage existing Chinese market
Drive upsell and upgrades
Improve customer experience
Drive sustainability improvements
Identify upsell/upgrade opportunities
Contact customers via phone
Use available data to drive targeted actions
Develop content to improve value perception
Follow up on revenue generated
Coordinate with frontline teams
Communicate value to customers
Track and communicate progress
Prepare technical reports
and summarize information
Suggest process improvements
Identify opportunities for automation
Identify additional revenue opportunities
Represent the voice of the rated customer
