Operate as first point of contact
Receive and facilitate incoming phone calls
Maintain updated knowledge of club programming
Educate members and guests of club programming
Educate members and guests of club events
Educate members and guests of club pricing
Educate members and guests of club policies
Exemplify a hospitality mindset
Build relationships with members and guests
Create extraordinary experiences
Assist members with transactions
Assist members with general account changes
