Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience, Complete Concierge Certification upon hire, Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week, Commitment to serve others, Effective communication skills, Passion for living a healthy way of life, Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment, Must have good verbal communication, Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time

HS graduate or equivalent preferred

Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming
Assists members with transactions and general account changes
