What You'll Do.

Process stop payments

Process consumer loan applications

Order coupon payment books

Balance daily teller drawer

Balance cash recyclers

Oversee daily branch settlement

Handle basic member issues

Counsel members with specific requests

Refer members to Senior MSR or manager

Process cash advances

Perform payroll maintenance

Schedule payments and transfers

Open savings and checking accounts

Open certificates and IRA accounts

Process IRA transfers and rollovers

Assist members with wire transfers

Assist with ATM terminal balancing

Complete deposit verifications

Complete address changes

Process written inquiries

Perform foreign currency sales

Process check collection

Service the coin machine

Provide branch telephone coverage

Maintain neat workstation

Assist in maintaining branch appearance

Resolve teller problems

Maintain quality member service

Increase sales of Harvard FCU products

Develop knowledge of Harvard FCU accounts

Develop knowledge of Harvard FCU services

Complete in-house training sessions

Complete recommended training programs

Develop knowledge of Credit Union systems

Complete annual BSA training

Report suspicious activity

Perform OFAC inquiries

Follow Branch Robbery Procedures
