Must Have
5+ years of full stack engineering experience with a track record of delivering products at scale, Highly skilled in Python and TypeScript, with experience building both robust backend services and modern frontend applications, Expertise in database design, API development, and system architecture, Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization, and CI/CD pipelines, Thrive in early-stage startup environments, eager to build systems and processes from scratch, Enjoy engaging directly with customers to shape technical solutions around real-world needs

The Role We’re hiring a Member of Technical Staff – Fullstack to design, build, and scale end-to-end systems that power Stuut’s platform for B2B financial operations. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Backend, and Frontend teams, as well as customers to deliver seamless, high-performance experiences across the entire stack. This is a high-impact role for someone who can own projects from inception through scaling, think across systems, and deliver reliable, user-centered solutions. You’ll play a critical role in shaping Stuut’s engineering culture and product experience, ensuring our full stack systems are both elegant and scalable as we grow.
