Security is our foundation and we prioritize physical identity verification and secure IT setup. While our security and IT logistics require physical presence to protect our infrastructure from sophisticated global threats, this move is equally about our Village culture. We believe that a laptop can be shipped, but our culture cannot. You will be part of a full stack engineering team charged with improving the client onboarding and billing experiences through front-end enhancements and back-end API's, capturing critical data for record keeping and auditing, and supporting transaction monitoring and screening for risk detection, fraud prevention and anti-money laundering. The team collaborates directly with compliance, customer experience, finance, and legal teams as well as external third-party systems
