What You'll Do.
Process service requests
Provide accurate payoff statements
Ensure compliance with regulations
Complete requests in prescribed time
Respond to incoming calls
Respond to incoming emails
Manage multiple Outlook inboxes
Handle initial discussions on Release of Liability Assumption
Handle Community Heroes qualification requirements
Draft subordination agreements
Discuss initial escrow analysis questions
Discuss ARM notice questions
Process incoming ACH forms
Assist Cashiering with unapplied payment reports
Contact members regarding payment shortages
Complete end of day processing
Scan ONUS and Transit checks
Balance transactions for department
Review monthly Mortgage Billing Statements
Review statement bounceback reports
Correct member delivery information
Review DIG report of address changes
Update member accounts
Review Pending Maturity sending letter
Determine why statement was returned
Update address if necessary
Monitor escrow holdbacks
Disburse checks in timely manner
Update policies and procedures
Perform other assigned duties
Assist Loan Boarding specialist
