We're a modern alternative to traditional couples therapy, designed to be accessible, flexible, and built for real life. About the Role OurRitual is launching a new Concierge Model designed to give every member a guided, personalized start to their journey. As a Member Matching Specialist, you will be the first human touchpoint for new members, setting the tone for their experience, understanding their needs, and connecting them with the right expert. This is not a clinical or therapeutic role. You are a trusted guide and navigator: warm, confident, and skilled at helping people feel understood and well taken care of from the very first conversation.
