What You'll Do.

Drive consistent achievement or exceedance of monthly new case enrollment targets through improved engagement strategies

Strengthen collaboration and trust between Marketing

Improve client satisfaction by supporting seamless onboarding and ongoing engagement experiences

Increase inbound member engagement through campaigns and testing initiatives

Develop and execute engagement strategies in partnership with RNs and Account Management

Support and optimize email sequencing and outreach efforts to drive member activation

Manage a mix of broader marketing initiatives and ad hoc client specific requests

Develop marketing materials with quick turnaround times while maintaining quality and consistency

Own and prioritize a roadmap of tests and new ideas to improve engagement and performance

Evaluate what is working and iterate quickly based on insights

How You'll Work.
