What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Email) required, At least 18 years of age, Must maintain all training and required certifications
Nice to Have
2 years customer service or sales experience preferred, High school diploma, college degree, and/or big box wholesale, retail, grocery and/or leadership experience is preferred

Driving club performance
Leading Front End Leads (FELs)
Cashiers and Membership Sales Ambassador
Ensuring consistent execution of policies and procedures
Ensuring a positive member service experience
Maintaining Grand Opening Look Daily (GOLD) standard club conditions
Displaying leadership
Delivering results consistently
Leading audit compliance efforts
Driving collaboration with Business Partners (BPs)
Overseeing certification and training
& leading team development
Driving values-based culture
Creating a safe and collaborative environment
Recognizing and retaining top talent
Guaranteeing service excellence
Monitoring engagement levels
Resolving Member issues
Maintaining Club Standards
Meeting or exceeding labor and supply plans
Driving performance and profitability
Leading all Frontline
Membership Services Desk
Membership Sales Ambassador and functions
Developing and managing high-performing teams
Ensuring proper staffing and processes
Maintaining knowledge of policies and procedures
Executing corporate programs to standard
Driving policy and procedural compliance
Leveraging reporting tools to drive performance and development
Communicating effectively across teams
Driving membership growth and retention
Meeting or exceeding productivity expectations
Ensuring service excellence
Overseeing Front Door recovery and follow-up
