Eligibility Requirements

Local travel is required within our field of membership, along with occasional evenings or weekends to support community events and programs. Drivers License required.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field—or equivalent experience. 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, relationship management, or community outreach. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools. Experience using systems to track relationships, opportunities, and outreach efforts. relationship-building and networking skills. Confidence presenting to groups and leading educational sessions. Clear and professional communication—both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a goal-driven environment. organizational, time management, and follow-through skills. A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for events. Reliable transportation for attending offsite community and business development events. Drivers License required. attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Willing to learn new responsibilities. Ability to meet deadlines and manage projects or tasks.

Nice to Have

Experience building relationships with schools, organizations, or community groups is a plus.
