Must Have
High School graduate or equivalent, 2-3 years customer service experience, 1 year selling memberships or services, Complete Life Time Dynamic Personal Training Certification within 30 days of hire
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Willingness to work flexible hours
What You'll Do.
Greet and assist members and guests
Manage and respond to phone calls and emails
Educate members and guests on club programming
Assist members with account maintenance
Engage in problem solving and service recovery
Communicate with members via email
Engage in proactive outreach
Customize the buying experience for prospective members
Assist members requesting to cancel membership
Serve as subject matter expert for club services
Connect new members to Personal Training services
Facilitate Personal Training enrollment
