This role leads the creation of impactful in-person, hybrid, and virtual experiences for internal and external audiences, ensuring operational excellence, budget optimization, compliance adherence, and elevated attendee experience, ensuring compliance with local and global regulations, resource optimization, and continuous improvement through adoption of new tools and process simplification. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with commercial, medical, marketing, communications, procurement, compliance, and external agencies/vendors to deliver high-quality events that strengthen business relationships and organizational reputation. **This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.
