Monks is looking for a Community Manager to join our ever-growing team. In this role, you will set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with communication strategies. Additionally, our ideal candidate is a fast, organized, highly detail-oriented, yet flexible go-getter who identifies new opportunities to create impactful work. Important Information About This Role Please note that this position requires working Wednesday through Sunday. Wednesday-Friday from 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM and Saturday / Sunday and holidays from 9 AM - 5PM. Due to the nature of the role and the event calendar, candidates should be comfortable working on public holidays. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple regions, requiring strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a global environment. While the role follows a fixed schedule, Monks offers flexibility when business priorities require attendance at events, meetings, or activations outside of regular working hours. In such cases, schedules can be adjusted accordingly to ensure a balanced workload. Key Responsibilities Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
