Must Have
High School diploma or GED, At least 18 years of age, State Approved Medication Aide course & test, Personal Care Assistant or CNA, Express self adequately in writing and orally, Communicate effectively in interdisciplinary care setting, Work in environment conducive to caring for seniors, Not pose substantial safety or health threat, Work well with others, Promote a team environment

What You'll Do.
Deliver high-quality medication administration
Provide resident care oversight
Demonstrate positive working relationship
Promote and protect residents rights
Treat residents with dignity and respect
Attend in-service and education programs
Obtain continuing education
Maintain confidentiality of residents’ information
Maintain professional appearance
Complete documentation informatively and descriptively
Report changes in resident’s condition
Complete work schedules and assigned tasks
Operate equipment in a safe manner
Utilize infection control precautions and practices
Demonstrate knowledge of fire and emergency procedures
Report all safety violations
