Weekend rotation required, Shift Schedule 7am-3pm
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School diploma or GED, At least 18 years of age, State Approved Medication Aide course & test, Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant, Express self adequately in written and oral communication, Communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting, Work in an environment conducive to caring for seniors, Ability to work well with others, Promote a team environment
What You'll Do.
Demonstrate positive working relationship
Promote and protect residents rights
Treat residents with dignity and respect
Attend in-service and education programs
Obtain continuing education
Maintain confidentiality of residents’ information
Maintain professional appearance
Complete documentation
Report changes in resident’s condition
Complete work schedules and assigned tasks
Operate equipment in a safe manner
Utilize infection control precautions and practices
Demonstrate knowledge of fire and emergency procedures
Report all safety violations
