Previous experience in a warehouse labor-intensive job, willingness to undergo a 5-panel urine drug screening and a 7-year background check, basic math skills, ability to read and record weights accurately, familiarity with weighbridge/scale systems, comfort with repetitive tasks, and ability to stand for extended periods while wearing PPE.
