Reviews EOI Exception report from EOIApplication Robitics Process (RPA) process
Monitors and address inquiries from MUDocusign
Document shared mailbox
Monitors and address undeliverable emails from MedicalUnderwritingDoNotReply shared mailbox
Inputs MIB codes into MIB database
Review incoming electronic mail
distributing to assigned underwriter and Document Management department
VUE and SPAS as required by departmental needs
Responds to inquiries received from EOIapplications shared mailbox and Medical Records vendors
Review applications for completeness and addressing those with incomplete information
Review and send out personalized certificates for Voluntary Group Term Life Policies
Organizes and prioritizes workflow to meet defined production goals
