Bachelor’s degree, Experience within the pharmaceutical industry as a sales representative, Proven successes in building external and internal relationships, Effective communication, influencing and collaborative networking skills, Strive to be a self-starter, with confidence in your personal presentation, sales skills and the ability to make a positive impact, Must be willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines, Have a valid driver's license
Nice to Have
Territory knowledge would be advantageous, Current domicile similar with the vacancy, Good English language capabilities
What You'll Do.
Engage healthcare professionals about approved indications
market and product expertise
Develop local territory specific strategy and business plan
Ensure link between calls and speaker-led objectives
Drive sales performance and meet sales targets
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market
engage and develop stakeholder adoption
Develop key account plans to expand business
Collaborate effectively with internal cross functional team
Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals
Takes an active role in task forces
Act as a trainer to new MRs
Act as field training faculty
Act as a coaching buddy and mentor
