Operating with an end-to-end perspective, you will serve as a critical driver of competitiveness to accelerate our pipeline, differentiate our portfolio based on data, and maximize patient access to our life-changing innovations. **What you will be working on:** As a Medical Specialist, you will: * Proactively contribute strong scientific, medical, and therapeutic area expertise to differentiate our portfolio throughout the product life cycle. * Lead the medical component of the integrated local strategy, shaping a scientifically sound value story that reflects an end-to-end commercialisation. * Spend a significant time in the field, proactively engaging Therapeutic Area Experts (TAEs) and key stakeholders in full alignment with cross-functional roles. * Drive proactive, pre-launch end-to-end strategies to anticipate future medical trends and shape local medical practice. * Manage post-launch engagement
