Must Have

Undergraduate degree a plus, Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program, Phlebotomy certifications a plus, Knowledge of third-party payor requirements, Bilingual language skills required or preferred based on-site location

Capturing accurate patient documentation into EMR
Assisting physician with basic patient care
Assisting site management with directing patient flow
Ensuring site lab compliance with DOH Regulations
Provide unparalleled customer service to patients
Assisting the physician with medical procedures
Ensuring Department of Health (DOH) compliance
Escort patients to exam rooms
maintain quick pace in fast paced urgent care facility
Facilitating any necessary diagnostic tests
Communicating with patients
Helping maintain a clean
and professional working environment
Ensuring the site is fully stocked with supplies
Providing compassionate care to patients
