What You'll Do.
Capturing accurate documentation into EMR
Assisting physician with patient care
Assisting physician with medical procedures
Assisting site management with patient flow
Assisting site management with inventory
Assisting site management with lab follow-up
Ensuring site lab compliance with DOH Regulations
Provide customer service to patients
Adhering to protocols
Adhering to work processes
Managing volume without compromising quality
Escorting patients to exam rooms
Escorting patients to x-rays
Escorting patients to other facilities
Facilitating diagnostic tests
Facilitating referrals to medical specialists
Communicating with patients over phone
Communicating with pharmacies over phone
Communicating with physicians over phone
Helping maintain a clean environment
Helping maintain a courteous environment
Helping maintain a professional environment
Ensuring site is fully stocked
