What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High School Degree or GED, English language (speaking and writing) skills required, aptitude for detail, and ability to work independently, required, organizational, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills required, Computer Proficiency, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of hire

Nice to Have

Undergraduate degree a plus, Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program a plus, Phlebotomy certifications a plus, Knowledge of third-party payor requirements preferred, Bilingual language skills required or preferred based on-site location

What You'll Do.

Capture accurate and detailed documentation of the patient

Assist the physician with basic patient care

Assist the physician with medical procedures

Assist site management with directing patient flow

Assist site management with inventory

Assist site management with following up on labs

Ensure site lab compliance with Department of Health

Provide unparalleled customer service to our patients

Adhere to established protocols and work processes

Manage volume without ever compromising quality

Assist the physician with phlebotomy

Assist the physician with Urine Drug Screens

Assist the physician with lab processing

Assist the physician with fit testing

Assist the physician with rapid point of care

Assist the physician with UA

Assist the physician with EKG

Assist the physician with procedure set ups

Ensure Department of Health (DOH) compliance of site

Ensure Department of Health (DOH) compliance of exam

Check for expired medications

Check for expired supplies

Handle specimens properly

Escort patients to exam rooms
