Must Have
Advanced post-graduate scientific degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD), Proven ability to explain and present complex scientific data clearly to clinical audiences, interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare environment, Valid Canadian driver’s licence, Ability to work independently, manage priorities, meet objectives in a field-based role
Nice to Have
2+ years of prior experience as a Medical Science Liaison or similar medical affairs role, oncology or solid tumors, Established network and relationships with oncology clinicians in Canada, Experience supporting clinical trials, investigator-initiated studies, real-world evidence projects, Familiarity with Canadian reimbursement and access processes, Bilingual capability in English and French, presentation skills, facilitation skills, stakeholder engagement skills
