Typical Accountabilities \- Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals by provide scientifically accurate, therapeutic, and pharmaco-economic information, ensuring all interactions remain evidence-based and compliant. - Organize and deliver tailored educational sessions, seminars, or briefings to healthcare stakeholders based on their interests and knowledge gap areas. - Respond to complex queries from internal colleagues and external healthcare professionals, escalating challenging inquiries and adhering to all compliance and regulatory standards. - Review scientific materials meticulously to ensure alignment with internal policies and local regulatory guidelines, maintaining exceptional accuracy and relevance. - Deliver precise information on therapeutic areas and associated medicines to support field activities and office-based initiatives when required. - Maintain expertise by routinely monitoring therapeutic advancements, new treatment guidelines, and regulatory updates within the assigned field. - Collaborate actively with cross-functional teams, including compliance and regulatory professionals, to refine the quality and efficiency of medical information delivery. - Drive process improvements within the Medical Affairs team, contributing to the success of related initiatives and organizational projects. - Collect actionable insights from interactions with healthcare professionals to inform internal strategies, elevate best practices, and shape patient-focused solutions effectively.
