What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's Degree in Genetic Counseling, 3+ years’ experience in a clinical or academic role or industry role as a genetic counselor, <2 years' experience in an MSL or similar role in industry, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation and public speaking skills, Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, Willing to travel 60% of time within the assigned region
What You'll Do.
Represent GeneDx as the genomic and clinical expert
Educate medical professionals
Provide clinical support to sales team and clients
Develop relationships with key opinion leaders
Give scientific presentations
Partner closely with regional sales leadership
Direct field sales strategy
Maximize sales force effectiveness
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with regional sales leadership; In partnership with Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) and Training identify opportunities for coaching & performance management; In partnership with RSDs, direct execution of sales strategies and tactics
Communication Scope
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; presentation and public speaking skills
