What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Advanced degree in medical, pharmaceutical, biological or life sciences, Proficiency in Romanian and English, Minimum six months experience within a healthcare institution, health authority, healthcare non-governmental organization or pharmaceutical company, Ability to communicate scientific information clearly and confidently, Proven capability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, Ability to interpret scientific data and translate insights into actionable recommendations, Comfortable working with digital tools and omnichannel engagement approaches, Organizational skills to manage reporting, compliance and administrative responsibilities
Nice to Have
Prior experience as a Medical Science Liaison in Cardiology medicine, Knowledge of the Romanian healthcare ecosystem, Established relationships with external stakeholders and key opinion leaders
