Must Have
Masters or Doctorate Degree in a relevant field of study, knowledge of the therapy area, Experience related to the therapy area within the pharmaceutical, Fundamental knowledge of basic research, drug discovery, drug development, clinical environment, Thorough knowledge of the local regulatory requirements related to medical affairs activities, Experience in product launch preparation and execution, Communication skills, including communicating complex technical, scientific, or medical information, Ability to work in team, Leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills, Networking and influencing skills, Project management experience, Proficiency in spoken English, Be a valuable example of AZ values and behaviours
Nice to Have
Degree in Medicine is preferred, Previous experience as MSL, Have experience in clinical trials, Digital savvy

Design and deliver at least one local or national initiative
Lead evidence-based discussions with Key External Experts

Engage beyond traditional targets
Partner closely with Medical Affairs
and Commercial colleagues
Contribute to the design
and documentation of impact indicators
Maintain and evolve Medical Affairs contact lists
