As a Medical Representative , you will play a vital role in driving business growth while positioning our portfolio as a trusted choice within the healthcare community. You will be responsible for delivering commercial success across your territory by achieving sales objectives, strengthening product positioning, and building long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals. Your impact goes beyond sales—you shape perception, trust, and value. You will cover the territory of Córdoba, Jaén and Ciudad Real. What You’ll Do * Design and execute smart territory plans, ensuring optimal coverage and frequency of target clients * Deliver impactful, insight-driven product presentations that lead to recommendation and prescription * Build strong, trust-based relationships with clinicians, pharmacists, and key stakeholders * Continuously adapt your approach by understanding customer needs and market dynamics * Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to strengthen our positioning * Maintain accurate and timely reporting, translating insights into actionable plans * Collaborate closely with your Sales Manager to refine strategies and exceed objectives ## Qualifications What You Bring * At least 3 years of successful commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, including responsibility for the Córdoba territory. * Demonstrated experience in Ophthalmology is essential. * Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives. * Strong knowledge of the Spanish healthcare system and regulatory/compliance requirements. * Excellent communication, relationshi
