Your role will be instrumental in driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Execute sales strategies in alignment with team objectives. * Understand customer needs and provide detailed product information. * Maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth. * Collaborate effectively within the team to maximize job impact and personal learning. * Ensure compliance with relevant internal and external stewardship requirements. **Job Qualifications** **QUALIFICATIONS** * At least 2-3 relevant experiences as medical representative or similar role * Minimum graduate degree, preferred pharmacy, biology or other health related educational background * Able to drive and has motorcycle license (Sim C) in Indonesia * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. * Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others. * Aptitude for learning new systems and processes quickly. * Commitment to acting in compliance with legal and internal stewardship requirements. * Open for mobility across Indonesia (Jakarta, Semarang, Surabaya) and potentially across Indonesia. **ABOUT US** We produce globally recognized brands and we grow the best business leaders in the industry.
