What You'll Do.
Drive performance in territory through face-to-face and multi-channel detailing
Establish GSK as a key advisor by making relevant recommendations to health-care professionals
Continuously build knowledge of GSK multi-channel brand strategies
Understand GSK brands features and benefits and apply knowledge effectively in detailing activities
Build comprehensive disease and pathology knowledge and leverage it with health-care professionals
Understand treatment guidelines and patient profiles and leverage them to build credibility with health-care professionals
Analyze and review territory performance dynamics using multiple data sources
Identify territory trends and opportunities for GSK
Develop multi-channel activities plans with strategically aligned ASMART objectives
Prioritize health-care professionals for detailing
Build and adjust robust territory coverage call plans
Implement multi-channel activities plans
Use KPIs to track performance and adjust plans
Engage with health-care professionals through effective detailing approaches
Prepare for and execute effective detailing approaches
Measure call performance and seek feedback for improvement
Build collaborative internal and external relationships
Channel feedback into the wider organization
Demonstrate understanding of and compliance with laws
